Massive response: Registrations close for 900-km long Japanese venture-based Ideathon – Hack the Innovative Future Sep 16-24

 NEW DELHI: After a humungous response, the registration process for the Ideathon – Hack the Innovative Future, which is scheduled to be organised on Sep 16-24 comes to a final close.


The last date for applying for this free-of-cost 9-day long joint trip of Japanese and Indian youths (18-25 years) from New Delhi to Varanasi was July 17.

According to the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in India (JCCII), an apex trade association of Japanese companies in India, and one of the organisers, as many as 700 youths from Japan and 4660 from India applied for participating in the Ideathon on https://www.hif.asia/english till July 17. this weblink offer detailed information about the event.



A total of 40 lucky youths – 20 from Japan and the same number from India would be shortlisted and their names would be announced by the end of August by the Steering Committee of the 70th Anniversary of the establishment of Japan-India diplomatic relations.

Celebrating the current year as the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Japan-India diplomatic relations, the Embassy of Japan in New Delhi has been organising series of events in India to celebrate the occasion. Ideathon is alos one of theose events planned for the year 2022.
