As tempers soar at the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Ladakh with soldiers from India and China get to engage in a faceoff, Indian youths refuse to endorse the ‘peace talk’ by the Chinese Ambassador in India.
Recently, Sun Weidong, the Chinese ambassador to India who recently shared on Twitter the speech he delivered while interacting with Indian youths on video conferencing tweeted but was trolled massively later.
“The
realization of “Dragon and Elephant dancing together” is the only right
choice for China and India, which serves the fundamental interests of
our two countries and two peoples…..,” said in the speech the ambassador
shared on Twitter.
The Indian youths, however, refused to buy the logics presented by Sun Weidong, and reacted sharply against his tweet. They accused China of not matching his actions with words and creating a military built up at the border and telling friendship stories on the other hand.
“Dragon & Elephant can’t dance together. It’s not a circus. Social distancing but from China” tweeted Naveen.
